Through techniques and sharing, you will experience feelings of excitement, direction, expansion and hope, as you realize how much you have grown in a short period of time.<\/span><\/div>\n

I was amazed that there were so many practical techniques for me to experience in one workshop.\u00a0\u00a0For the first time I sensed my energy clearly and the energy of others clearly.\u00a0\u00a0Things made sense and were very practical.<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0I liked it so much I joined the weekly group sessions so I could learn more.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The first Exploring Inner Dynamics Workshop was very exciting.\u00a0 As I went through the slides with the others participating, my visionary part showed me reels of my life.\u00a0 I particularly was very open to the 7 year cycles.\u00a0 It gave me such hope and reminded me that I was ok and that those who gave me a means to be here were ok too.\u00a0 I was genuinely surprised how easy it was to empathize with my early environment and to accept feelings I had as a young child.<\/p>\n
